About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO executive who is passionate about improving website visibility and driving organic growth. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time projects, search engine strategies, and performance analytics. You will work closely with the content, marketing, and development teams to implement effective SEO strategies that directly impact business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Keyword Research & Strategy

✅ Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.

✅ Identify high-impact keywords aligned with business goals.

✅ Analyze competitor strategies and uncover ranking opportunities

✅ Develop keyword mapping for website pages

On-Page SEO Optimization

✅ Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headers, and URLs.

✅ Ensure proper use of keywords while maintaining content quality.

✅ Improve internal linking structure

✅ Optimize images, alt tags, and page formatting

✅ Implement schema markup where applicable.

Technical SEO

✅ Monitor website health and fix technical issues

✅ Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals

✅ Ensure mobile responsiveness

✅ Manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt

✅ Identify crawl errors and broken links

✅ Work with developers to implement technical fixes

Performance Tracking & Reporting

✅ Track rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics

✅ Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.

✅ Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports

✅ Translate data into actionable insights

Off-Page SEO & Link Building





✅ Develop ethical link-building strategies

✅ Conduct outreach for backlinks

✅ Monitor backlink quality and remove toxic links.

✅ Support guest blogging and partnership opportunities

Content Collaboration

✅ Work with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages.

✅ Suggest topics based on search trends

✅ Ensure content aligns with search intent.

Continuous Optimization

✅ Stay updated with Google algorithm changes

✅ Identify new growth opportunities

✅ Test and refine strategies for better rankings

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals

✔ Basic knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

✔ Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) is preferred.

✔ Understanding of Google Analytics & Search Console

✔ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Good communication and coordination skills
