Job Overview

As an SEO & Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy across various channels. You will play a key role in boosting organic search rankings, executing targeted ad campaigns, and driving quality leads for our company and clients.

The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, possesses fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal), and demonstrates strong accountability towards their work.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO Optimization: Perform comprehensive keyword research, on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking), and off-page SEO (link building, guest posting, citations).
- Technical SEO: Identify and fix site errors, optimize page load speed, manage XML sitemaps, and maintain overall website health.
- Content & Strategy: Collaborate on strategy and write compelling, SEO-friendly marketing content, website copy, and blog posts.
- Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and monitor Paid Ads (Google Ads,



Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage social media profiles, maintain content calendars, and drive brand engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report website performance and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Responsibility & Ownership: Manage daily duties independently, meet deadlines consistently, and adapt strategies based on data performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Digital Marketing (IT agency experience is a plus).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tool Expertise: Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Soft Skills: High level of responsibility, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team.

Work Schedule & Compensation

- Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
