Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO professional who has a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, large-scale SEO strategy, and performance-driven organic growth. This role is for someone who has handled competitive niches, scaled organic traffic across multiple platforms, and directly contributed to revenue, lead generation, and brand authority through SEO.

The ideal candidate should think strategically, execute independently, and take full ownership of organic growth performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute end-to-end SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy across multiple brands and platforms
- Drive long-term organic growth through advanced technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- Conduct enterprise-level keyword research mapped to funnels, intent, and conversions
- Perform deep technical SEO audits and resolve complex issues related to crawling, indexing, rendering, and site architecture
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile experience, and overall website performance
- Lead content-led SEO strategies including topical authority, content clusters, and internal linking systems
- Analyze SERPs, competitors, and algorithm trends to identify scalable growth opportunities
- Drive visibility across traditional search results, AI answers, featured snippets, and knowledge systems
- Monitor SEO, AEO, and GEO KPIs including visibility, traffic, AI citations, CTR, and conversions
- Work closely with content, design, product, and marketing teams to align SEO with business goals
- Build and oversee high-quality backlink and authority-building strategies
- Optimize websites for local, national, and international SEO where applicable




- Implement and manage structured data and advanced schema markup
- Proactively adapt strategies based on algorithm updates and AI search changes
- Create SEO roadmaps, forecasts, and performance reports for stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in SEO and organic growth
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture and large-scale optimizations
- Hands-on experience with advanced SEO tools, analytics platforms, and reporting systems
- Deep understanding of search intent, user behavior, and conversion optimization
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals from an SEO perspective
- Proven ability to scale organic traffic in competitive industries
- Experience working with large websites, multiple CMS platforms, or custom-built systems
- Ability to translate data into strategic decisions and business impact
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
- Solid ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously

Preferred Skills:

- Experience handling international SEO and multilingual websites
- Familiarity with automation, SEO workflows, and AI-assisted analysis
- Understanding of UX, CRO, and product-led growth
- Experience mentoring junior SEO team members
- Agency or multi-brand experience is a plus
