Role Description This full-time remote SEO & AEO Specialist role is responsible for driving organic visibility and optimizing content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms. Day-to-day activities include conducting keyword research, performing technical and on-page SEO audits, and implementing optimization strategies across websites and digital assets.

The specialist will monitor performance using web analytics tools, refine link-building and authority strategies, and collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives. The role also involves staying current with search and AI experience optimization trends, testing current approaches,



and translating insights into actionable recommendations that support Grovio AI’s growth mission.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, including metadata optimization, content structuring, and search intent analysis.
- Experience performing SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues and proposing clear remediation plans.
- Proficiency in Link Building strategies focused on quality, relevance, and compliance with search engine guidelines.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance, report on KPIs, and inform optimization decisions.
- Familiarity with AEO (AI Experience Optimization), including optimizing for AI assistants, answer engines, and structured data.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in SEO or growth marketing; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
