Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Webflow Developer who can independently build, optimize, and maintain high-quality websites. The candidate should be strong in Figma-to-Webflow development and comfortable using Claude Code + Webflow MCP for faster development, automation, debugging, and QA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow websites.
- Build scalable websites using Webflow CMS, Components, Variables, and reusable structures.
- Use Claude Code + Webflow MCP to build, edit, and manage Webflow websites efficiently.
- Use AI/MCP workflows for content updates, CMS management, SEO implementation, repetitive changes, and debugging.
- Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when required.
- Build interactions, animations, forms, dynamic CMS pages, and third-party integrations.
- Handle WordPress-to-Webflow migrations, URL mapping, and 301 redirects.
- Implement technical SEO including schema, meta tags, H1s, alt text, canonicals, sitemap, and redirects.
- Set up and troubleshoot GTM, GA4, Google Ads tracking, and other scripts.




- Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Perform end-to-end design, functional, responsive, SEO, and pre-launch QA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve staging and live website issues.

Required Skills:

- 4–5 years of Webflow development experience.
- Solid expertise in Webflow Designer, CMS, Components, Variables, and Interactions.
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Excellent Figma-to-Webflow implementation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Claude / Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
- Understanding of Webflow MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI-assisted Webflow workflows.
- Experience with Webflow APIs and automation.
- Good understanding of technical SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with GTM, GA4, forms, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Strong debugging, QA, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

- Finsweet / Client-First experience.
- Playwright or automated website QA experience.
- Multilingual/localized Webflow website experience.
- Git/GitHub knowledge.
- Experience creating AI + MCP workflows to automate repetitive Webflow tasks.
