RemDesk is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing e-commerce and consumer brand with high-volume fulfilment operations.

The company is scaling its warehouse and fulfilment network across multiple locations, making inventory accuracy, fulfilment speed, operational efficiency, and scalable warehouse processes critical to business growth.

This is a senior ownership role for someone who can build and scale warehouse operations, lead large teams, manage multiple locations, and ensure consistent fulfilment performance across the network.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where inventory accuracy, customer experience, and fulfilment speed are critical.

? Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to take end-to-end ownership of warehouse and fulfilment operations across multiple warehouses, fulfilment centres, and dark warehouses.

You will own the complete warehouse lifecycle — from inbound quality checks and putaway to storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and RTO processing .

The role requires strong expertise in inventory control, fulfilment SLAs, multi-warehouse management, manpower planning, dispatch operations, reverse logistics, process implementation, and warehouse scalability.

You will also lead warehouse teams across locations, build scalable SOPs, drive operational improvements, and work closely with Operations, Procurement, Customer Experience, Finance, Retail, and Logistics teams.

? Key Responsibilities

Multi-Warehouse Operations

- Manage end-to-end operations across multiple warehouses, fulfilment centres, and dark warehouses.
- Take complete ownership of warehouse performance across locations.
- Manage the complete warehouse lifecycle from inbound to returns and RTO.
- Ensure consistent operational processes and service levels across all warehouse locations.
- Monitor warehouse capacity, productivity, order volumes, and operational bottlenecks.
- Identify gaps across locations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure warehouses are equipped to handle current and future business volumes.

End-to-End Warehouse & Fulfilment

- Own the complete flow of:
- Inbound
- Quality Check
- Putaway
- Storage
- Picking
- Packing
- Dispatch
- Returns
- RTO
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and within defined SLAs/TATs.
- Manage high-volume daily order processing while maintaining picking and packing accuracy.
- Monitor fulfilment performance and proactively address delays.
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, fulfilment, and logistics teams.
- Drive improvements in order processing speed and fulfilment efficiency.

Inventory Management & Control

- Maintain high inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
- Establish and monitor cycle count and stock audit processes.
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliation between physical and system stock.
- Monitor dead stock, ageing inventory, damaged stock, shrinkage, and inventory discrepancies.
- Identify root causes behind inventory losses and discrepancies.
- Implement strong inventory control processes to minimise operational leakage.




- Ensure accurate inventory visibility across WMS/ERP systems.
- Drive improvements in stock accuracy and inventory utilisation.

Warehouse SLA & Performance Management

- Ensure strict adherence to order processing, dispatch, and fulfilment SLAs/TATs.
- Monitor warehouse performance against defined operational targets.
- Identify fulfilment delays and implement corrective measures.
- Track picking, packing, dispatch, and order processing performance.
- Analyse operational data to identify recurring bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement across warehouse productivity and service levels.
- Ensure customer-facing fulfilment commitments are consistently met.

Team Leadership & Manpower Planning

- Lead Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, Inventory Executives, Pickers, Packers, and Dispatch teams.
- Build a strong performance-oriented warehouse team across multiple locations.
- Define team responsibilities, operational expectations, and performance metrics.
- Plan manpower and shifts based on order volumes, peak periods, and business requirements.
- Optimise manpower productivity across warehouse operations.
- Monitor team performance and identify training or capability gaps.
- Ensure adequate staffing during peak demand periods.
- Develop a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline.

Marketplace & E-commerce Fulfilment

- Manage fulfilment requirements for high-volume e-commerce and marketplace operations.
- Ensure marketplace orders are processed within defined SLAs.
- Manage marketplace dispatch requirements and operational processes.
- Ensure fulfilment operations are aligned with marketplace-specific requirements.
- Monitor order processing, dispatch, cancellation, and error rates.
- Identify operational issues impacting marketplace performance and drive resolution.
- Support scalable fulfilment processes as order volumes increase.

Amazon FBA & Marketplace Operations

- Manage or oversee Amazon FBA and other marketplace fulfilment processes.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace fulfilment requirements and SLAs.
- Monitor marketplace dispatch timelines and operational accuracy.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address marketplace-related fulfilment issues.
- Ensure warehouse operations are structured to handle high-volume marketplace requirements.
- Bring best practices from large-scale marketplace fulfilment environments into warehouse operations.

Returns, RTO & Reverse Logistics

- Own returns, RTO, and reverse logistics operations across warehouse locations.
- Ensure returned products are received, processed, reconciled, and restocked appropriately.
- Monitor RTO and returns processing timelines.
- Identify recurring reasons for returns and operational failures.
- Work with Customer Experience and Logistics teams to improve reverse logistics efficiency.
- Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation following returns and RTOs.
- Reduce operational delays associated with returned inventory.

Warehouse Systems, WMS & ERP

- Drive effective usage of WMS, ERP, and inventory management systems.
- Ensure warehouse transactions and inventory movements are accurately recorded.




- Improve system-based visibility across warehouse operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual warehouse processes.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to improve system workflows and operational reporting.
- Ensure warehouse teams follow system processes accurately and consistently.

MIS & Operational Reporting

- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse MIS.
- Track warehouse performance across locations and operational functions.
- Monitor key metrics including:
- Inventory Accuracy
- Fulfilment SLA
- Dispatch TAT
- Order Processing TAT
- Picking/Packing Accuracy
- Order Error Rate
- Cancellation Rate
- Warehouse Productivity
- Cost per Order
- Shrinkage
- RTO/Returns TAT
- Manpower Productivity
- Capacity Utilisation
- Analyse warehouse data to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Present clear, data-backed insights to senior leadership.
- Use operational reporting to drive accountability across warehouse teams.

Warehouse Expansion & Capacity Planning

- Participate in new warehouse launches and operational setup.
- Support warehouse expansion and capacity planning initiatives.
- Assess operational capacity against projected business and order volumes.
- Plan manpower, processes, systems, and infrastructure requirements for new locations.
- Support the creation and implementation of scalable warehouse processes.
- Ensure new facilities are operationally ready before launch.
- Develop processes that can scale with business growth.

? Experience & Qualifications

- 7–12+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple warehouses or fulfilment centres .
- Solid experience in high-volume e-commerce fulfilment operations.
- Experience managing large warehouse teams and multiple reporting managers.
- Strong understanding of warehouse lifecycle and fulfilment operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory controls, cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Experience managing returns, RTO, and reverse logistics.
- Strong understanding of warehouse SLAs and operational TATs.
- Experience with WMS/ERP and inventory management systems.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and operational reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce operational errors, inventory losses, and fulfilment delays.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.
