About the Role

Stratis is seeking a Senior Voice AI Test Automation Architect to lead testing and quality engineering for next-generation conversational customer experiences powered by Google CCAI, Five9, and AI-driven contact center technologies.

This role is ideal for someone with experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks for Voice AI, conversational IVR, virtual agents, Agent Assist, and end-to-end customer journeys. Google CCAI and Five9 solutions support conversational self-service, agent assistance, and AI-enhanced customer experiences.

Responsibilities

- Define Voice AI testing strategies and automation frameworks
- Validate conversational flows, intents, utterances, and speech recognition
- Test Google Dialogflow CX and Google Agent Assist solutions
- Validate Five9 Voice AI routing, transfers, and customer journeys
- Design and optimize Cyara automation frameworks
- Build automated regression and production monitoring capabilities
- Lead QA architecture for AI-powered contact center transformations

Required Skills

Must Have

- Google Dialogflow CX or Google CCAI
- Five9, Genesys, NICE CXone, or Amazon Connect
- Cyara
- API Test Automation (Postman, Karate,



REST APIs)
- Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent automation tools
- Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Contact Center or Customer Service platform experience

Why This Profile Is Different

This is not a traditional QA Automation Architect role. We are looking for a specialist who can validate and optimize AI-powered customer conversations across Google CCAI, Five9, Cyara, virtual agents, agent-assist technologies, and end-to-end customer journeys.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana
