About the Role Doctors Foodstore is building a new category around preventive nutrition, healthy aging and doctor-led food science.

We are looking for a highly hands-on Senior Visual Content Producer who can turn ideas into high-quality visual content across video, social media and digital campaigns.

This is an execution-heavy role.

We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable behind the camera, in the editing timeline and inside a design tool.

You should have strong visual taste and understand what makes content look premium, cinematic, modern and social-first.

What You'll Do1.

Video

Editing — PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Create strong hooks, pacing and retention-driven edits
- Edit talking-head, interview, product, lifestyle and cinematic content
- Add motion graphics, typography, transitions and sound design
- Create multiple versions of content for different platforms
- Turn raw footage into polished final content
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets

This should be your strongest skill.

- Cinematography & Production
- Participate in and lead shoots
- Operate cameras and understand camera settings
- Understand lenses, framing, composition and movement
- Design lighting setups
- Shoot products, doctors, interviews and lifestyle content
- Work with different lighting environments and locations
- Understand audio recording for interviews and talking-head content
- Create cinematic product and brand footage

You don't necessarily need to be a full-time cinematographer.





But you must know how to create positive footage yourself.

- Graphic Design Create:

- Meta static ads
- Instagram posts
- Carousels
- Product creatives
- Infographics
- Educational graphics
- Thumbnails
- Campaign assets
- Presentation/marketing creatives when required

You should understand:

Typography + hierarchy + composition + spacing + colour + brand consistency.

- AI-Assisted Production Use AI wherever it genuinely improves:

Speed + quality + creative possibilities.

Tools may include:

- Midjourney
- Runway
- Kling
- Veo
- Sora
- Photoshop AI
- Firefly
- ChatGPT
- ElevenLabs
- CapCut AI
- Other emerging creative AI tools

You don't need to know every tool.

We care about what you can create with them.

- Visual Experimentation You will be expected to constantly experiment with:

- New editing styles
- Viral formats
- Cinematic techniques
- AI-generated visuals
- Motion graphics
- Transitions
- Sound design
- Visual storytelling

The objective isn't to follow trends blindly.

It is to understand why a visual works and how to adapt it to the brand.
