Senior Visual Designer & Video EditorJob Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Visual Designer & Video Editor to develop engaging visual content across digital, social media, marketing, branding, and video platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design fundamentals along with hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation. The role requires someone who can independently take a creative brief from concept to final execution while maintaining strong visual and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital, social media, marketing, campaigns, presentations, and brand communications.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, internal communications, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social media creatives.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, video sequences, transitions, titles, and motion graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across static and video content.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, social media, and other teams to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage projects from concept development through final artwork/video delivery.
- Create animations, kinetic typography, transitions, and basic motion graphics where required.
- Retouch images, create compositions, and prepare digital assets for various platforms.
- Review creative work and ensure high standards of visual quality and accuracy.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with current design, video, social media, and visual-content trends.




- Mentor junior designers/editors and provide creative direction when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic/visual design, with significant hands-on video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
- Experience with Figma or other digital design tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Strong video-editing skills including pacing, transitions, audio synchronization, color correction, and basic sound editing.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to convert creative briefs into compelling visual and video content.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
