Role Description The Senior Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role involves leading the end-to-end video editing process, including assembling raw footage, selecting key moments, and crafting engaging visual narratives for digital campaigns.

The Senior Video

Editor will handle color grading, sound alignment, and motion graphics to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned output across social media, ads, and promotional content. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative and marketing teams on concepts,



maintaining organized project files, and meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent projects. The role also includes mentoring junior editors, suggesting creative improvements, and staying updated on trends and tools in digital video production.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to manage end-to-end creation of high-quality content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall storytelling.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic, on-brand visual elements for digital platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Proven experience in a senior or lead video editing role, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Robust storytelling, visual composition, and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt content to different platforms and audiences.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Film, Media, Animation, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio demonstrating prior work is required.
