Role Description The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end video production and post-production, including planning, editing, color grading, and integrating motion graphics to create high-impact digital content. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and creative teams on concepts, organizing raw footage, refining story flow, adding sound and visual effects, and ensuring brand consistency across all video assets.

Editor will oversee quality standards, mentor junior editors, optimize media workflows, and deliver videos tailored for various platforms such as social media,



websites, and ad campaigns. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve visual storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing projects from concept to final delivery.
- Candidates should possess advanced abilities in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, professional, and visually appealing outputs.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) is required.
- Solid storytelling, visual composition, and attention to detail, with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working within cross-functional creative or marketing teams.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or advertising environments and prior leadership or mentoring responsibilities are a plus.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in senior video editing roles, is preferred.
