At IT By Design, we're looking for a Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer who can transform raw footage into compelling visual stories. From product explainers and customer testimonials to event recaps and campaign videos, you'll own the entire video production journey from concept to final delivery.
This role goes beyond editing. We're seeking someone who can independently translate briefs into engaging narratives, create impactful motion graphics, and leverage the latest AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining exceptional quality.

What You'll Do
✅ Edit and deliver high-quality videos including:
- Product videos
- Customer testimonials
- Event recap videos
- Social media content
- Marketing campaign videos
✅ Develop creative concepts, storyboards, pacing, and narrative structures independently. ✅ Enhance content through:
- Motion graphics
- Animations
- Titles and supers
- Basic sound design
- Color grading
✅ Utilize AI-powered creative tools such as:
- Google Veo
- Runway
- Midjourney
- Similar AI video and image platforms
✅ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. ✅ Support creative initiatives with static designs such as social media creatives, event graphics, and one-pagers when required.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
✔ 4-6 years of hands-on video editing experience
✔ Strong expertise in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Motion Graphics
- Animation
✔ Proven ability to develop compelling visual stories from minimal direction. ✔ Strong understanding of:
- Video storytelling
- Color grading
- Sound design
- Platform-specific video optimization
✔ Hands-on experience using AI tools within a production workflow. ✔ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
