Radiant Digital is seeking a Senior Web Developer (CMS & Web Platforms) with robust experience in content management systems and content-driven web platforms. This role focuses on full-stack web development involving CMS configuration, customization, backend development, integrations, and deployments. This is not a front-end-only role.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical depth, architectural thinking, and strong ownership, and works closely with product, content, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise-grade web solutions.

1 .Key Responsibilities CMS &

- Web Platform Development • • • • • Design, develop, and maintain CMS-driven websites and web platforms. Customize and extend CMS platforms using custom modules, plugins, themes, and APIs. Define and implement content models, workflows, roles, and permissions aligned with business needs. Support both traditional and headless CMS architectures. Build reusable templates and components to improve content authoring efficiency. Full-Stack &
- Backend Development • Develop backend services and business logic supporting CMS platforms. Build and integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs with CMS and external systems. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls. Optimize application performance,



database interactions, and caching strategies. Performance, Security &
- Quality • Ensure web platforms meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards. Follow secure coding practices and OWASP security guidelines. Collaborate with QA and security teams on testing, audits, and remediation. Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.

• Authoring Experience • Design CMS solutions that improve content governance and author productivity. Support multi-site, multilingual, and multi-tenant CMS implementations. Work closely with content strategists, editors, and business stakeholders. DevOps &
- Deployment • • Support CI/CD pipelines for CMS-based web applications. Deploy and maintain applications across development, QA, staging, and production environments. Work with cloud or on-prem hosting environments in coordination with DevOps teams. Collaboration &
- Leadership • Participate in architecture and technical design discussions. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA, security, and infrastructure teams. Translate business and content requirements into robust technical solutions
