About Crisp Creative House

Crisp Creative House is a premium cinematic creative house creating brand films, social media content, campaigns, digital experiences and original content.

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who can take ownership of projects and bring strong creative thinking, storytelling and technical expertise to the post-production process.

Role Overview The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for taking projects from raw footage and creative brief to final delivery.

This role requires more than technical editing skills. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, sound, emotion and brand communication.

You will work closely with the founders, creative team, cinematographers and junior editors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the editing process for brand films, campaigns and digital content.
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Edit YouTube and long-form storytelling content.
- Develop narrative structures from raw footage.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling edits.
- Make creative decisions regarding pacing, shot selection, music and storytelling.
- Perform advanced color correction and grading.
- Handle sound design, dialogue cleanup and music integration.
- Create motion graphics and visual effects where required.
- Create platform-specific versions and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Review and refine edits based on client and internal feedback.
- Maintain organized project files and post-production workflows.
- Collaborate with cinematographers and creative directors during post-production.
- Mentor and review work produced by junior editors.
- Help establish editing standards and workflows within the team.
- Stay updated with emerging editing techniques,



visual trends and platform formats.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of color correction and grading.
- Strong understanding of sound design and music selection.
- Excellent sense of pacing, composition and visual storytelling.
- Ability to build a narrative from unstructured footage.
- Strong understanding of social media content and audience retention.
- Ability to independently manage projects from brief to final delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines without compromising quality.

Salary will be based on experience, technical ability, creative skill and portfolio quality.
