Role Description The Senior Vice President role is a full-time, in office position located in Abroad. This role oversees overall business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives for the immigration consulting practice, ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance.

The Senior Vice

President will lead cross-functional teams, set performance targets, and guide managers in client service delivery, process efficiency, and risk management. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, managing key client relationships, monitoring financial performance, and driving new business development and partnerships. The role also involves mentoring senior staff, strengthening organizational culture,



and implementing best practices to support sustainable expansion of the firm’s services.

Qualifications

- Strategic leadership and management skills, including experience in setting long-term business goals and driving organizational change.
- Business development and client relationship management abilities, with a strong track record in growing service-based organizations.
- Operational and financial management expertise, including budgeting, performance tracking, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of immigration consulting or professional services sectors, with awareness of regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring senior teams, fostering accountability, and building collaborative work environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field; advanced leadership or management certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in senior executive roles, preferably within consulting, legal, or immigration services, and the ability to work on-site in Telangana, India.
