Senior Vice President, Construction

NorthArc Realty, the real estate development arm of TruNorth, is strengthening its leadership team as we build our development and construction capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Vice President, Construction to take overall responsibility for project planning, construction execution, cost, quality and delivery across NorthArc Realty projects.

The role requires a senior construction professional who understands the complete development cycle and can translate design and business objectives into disciplined on ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead construction planning and execution across projects from mobilisation through completion and handover
- Establish project schedules, construction methodology, milestones and execution priorities
- Manage contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, project management teams and other execution partners
- Ensure adherence to approved budgets, specifications, quality standards and timelines
- Lead project cost control, quantity monitoring, value engineering and construction productivity
- Coordinate civil, structural, MEP, finishing, infrastructure and external development works
- Review drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and construction documentation before and during execution
- Establish robust systems for project monitoring, MIS, progress reporting and management reviews
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks and delays early and implement corrective actions
- Oversee site quality, safety, statutory compliance and construction governance
- Support contractor selection, tender evaluation, negotiations and procurement strategy




- Coordinate closely with design, finance, sales, development and senior management teams
- Drive project completion, testing, commissioning, snag resolution and final handover

Candidate Profile

- 18 plus years of relevant experience in construction and project execution
- Strong experience in residential real estate development, preferably including large scale or premium projects
- Proven track record of independently managing multiple contractors, consultants and project teams
- Strong understanding of project planning, contracts, cost control, quality management and construction technology
- Experience in handling complete project execution rather than only individual packages or functions
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance quality, cost and timelines
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management capability
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial development environment with high ownership and accountability

Preferred Background

- Civil Engineering qualification with substantial experience in real estate development or construction.
- Experience with reputed developers, EPC organisations or project management companies will be preferred.

We are looking for a construction leader who can build the execution capability of NorthArc Realty, establish systems and teams, manage complex projects and take responsibility for delivering projects from planning through handover.

The position will be part of the senior leadership team and will play an important role in shaping the construction standards and execution culture of NorthArc Realty.
