Alcor is hiring for an experienced US IT Recruiter solid experience in recruiting US-based IT professionals for full-time/direct-hire positions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for enterprise technology roles and a strong understanding of the US hiring market, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based full-time/direct-hire IT positions.

Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide qualified profiles.

Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer acceptance and joining.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US IT talent.

Negotiate offers and effectively manage candidate expectations through the hiring process.

Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment status in the ATS/recruitment tracker.

Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, and talent availability.

Preferred Technology Hiring Experience





Hands-on recruiting experience for roles involving technologies such as:

ServiceNow

Cybersecurity

Databricks

Cloud Technologies AWS, Azure, GCP

Data Engineering / Data Analytics

DevOps

Software Development

Other enterprise IT technologies

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong preference for candidates with proven experience recruiting U.S. citizens and Green Card holders, with minimal reliance on H-1B-based hiring.

Recruitment Background: Contract-to-hire and staffing recruitment experience is acceptable; however, the primary focus should be on U.S. permanent/full-time hiring.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong background in US full-time/direct-hire recruitment.

Experience recruiting for enterprise technology roles.

Candidates with limited or no focus on H-1B-based hiring will be preferred.

Experience with contract-to-hire or staffing recruitment can be considered, but the primary experience should be US permanent/full-time hiring.
