Vika Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team.
? Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other platforms.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with BDE/Account Managers to understand client requirements.
- Meet daily and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records.
? Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment .
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software, ERP, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Business Applications.
- Robust sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience working with US clients and candidates is preferred.
