- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based non-IT engineering requirements.

- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.

- Recruit engineering professionals across Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Construction, Aerospace, and related domains.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.

- Experience specifically hiring non-IT engineering professionals for the US market.

- Valuable knowledge of US recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
