1. 8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process

3. Proven experience designing for software products (SaaS, web apps, or enterprise platforms)
4. Hands-on experience building, contributing to, or scaling a design system (component libraries, tokens, style guides)
5. Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals (typography, color, spacing, accessibility/WCAG standards)
