Appagentix is an AI app development company based in Sector 63, Noida. We design and build mobile apps, web applications, custom software and MVPs, and we build the AI layer inside them: AI agents, generative AI features, and AI integration into existing products.

Design sits at the centre of how we build. You will own the design system, shape how design works alongside product and engineering, and take products from a brief through to something shipped and in front of real users.

About the role

We are looking for a mid-to-senior Product Designer who can design intuitive, scalable and user-centric experiences for the web and mobile products we build. You will work across several products at once, taking each from a rough brief to a shipped interface, and owning the design end to end rather than handing off wireframes.

We are screening on your portfolio of real, shipped product work: the problem you were given, how you researched it, what you decided, and what it looks like now. Polished visuals alone are not what we are looking for. Please include the link in your application.

Roles and Responsibilities

Research and problem discovery

- Run discovery sessions with stakeholders and end users to understand what the product actually has to do.
- Identify user problems, gaps and opportunities, and turn them into a clear design brief.
- Build user personas from research, not assumptions.
- Work with product, engineering and business stakeholders to agree the solution before designing it.

UX strategy and workflow design
- Map user journeys and complete end-to-end flows.
- Analyse workflows for new features and for products already live.
- Reduce long, multi-step processes into something a first-time user can finish without help.
- Design dense, data-heavy screens: dashboards, tables, admin panels, multi-step forms, approval and status flows.




- Design responsive experiences that hold up from a wide desktop dashboard down to a phone.
- Design flows where trust matters: onboarding, permissions, verification, payments, and anything handling a user's own data.

Wireframing and prototyping
- Produce wireframes, user flows and information architecture.
- Produce high-fidelity UI, design systems and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Run usability tests with real users and with the internal team.
- Iterate on what the testing shows, not on opinion.

Product improvement
- Read usage data, feedback and user behaviour after release, and act on it.
- Work alongside engineering through build so the shipped screen matches the intent.
- Keep components, tokens and patterns consistent as the product grows.

Requirements
- 4 to 7 years as a Product Designer, UX Designer or UI/UX Designer.
- Demonstrable experience taking products from concept to launch.
- A portfolio of shipped product work. Please include the link in your application.
- Solid grounding in user-centred design and UX method.
- Hands-on with user research, personas, journey mapping, workflow analysis, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and designing from usage data.
- Advanced Figma, including components, auto-layout and design systems.
- Able to design clean, scalable interfaces for information-dense applications.

Good to have
- B2B SaaS, enterprise or other workflow-heavy platforms.
- Familiarity with product metrics and user-behaviour tracking.
- Comfortable explaining and defending design decisions to product and engineering.
- Exposure to AI-driven product interfaces.
