Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Trainer Python Full Stack & Generative AI to teach and mentor college students at a university campus in Chennai. The role involves delivering classroom and hands-on training in Python, Full Stack Development, AI, ML and Generative AI, along with project mentoring and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver structured training programs covering Python, Full Stack Development, AI, ML and Generative AI.
- Develop curriculum, course content, hands-on labs, projects, assessments, presentations and trainer resources.
- Conduct instructor-led sessions, practical labs, workshops, hackathons and technical demonstrations.
- Mentor students on real-world projects, capstones and problem-solving.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide learners on platforms such as Kaggle, HackerRank and LeetCode.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions for learners with varying technical skill levels.
- Introduce concepts such as RAG, Agentic AI, MCP and LLM-based applications through practical use cases.
- Track learner attendance, assessments, progress and overall learning outcomes.
- Develop metrics and frameworks to measure program effectiveness and AI literacy.
- Promote responsible and ethical use of AI tools.




- Manage and monitor cloud resources and LLM usage across learner cohorts.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, GenAI and education technology and incorporate relevant developments into training programs.
- Collaborate with academic and industry stakeholders to develop industry-relevant learning pathways.

Required Skills & Experience
- 58 years of hands-on industry experience in Python and Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with Python, FastAPI and full-stack development using Django or Single Page Applications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AI-native development using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI and MCP.
- Experience working with GenAI/LLM models and applications.
- Strong cloud experience including application deployment, cloud resource provisioning and management.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms and RDBMS.
- Good understanding of System Design, design principles and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and any up-to-date frontend framework such as Angular, React or Vue.js.
- Experience in cloud-native application development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively.
- Proven experience in technical training, mentoring or facilitation.
- Experience creating training content, hands-on labs, projects and assessments.
- Understanding of learning outcomes, pedagogy and competency-based assessment.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and adapt to emerging technologies.

Good to Have
- Experience working in a technology services or product company.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases.
- Experience leading AI transformation, technology enablement or curriculum development initiatives.
- Relevant AI/ML certifications such as Google AI, Microsoft Azure AI, NVIDIA Deep Learning, etc.
