Position: Senior Trainer – Data Science, Machine Learning & AI

Location: Kochi/Kottayam

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate trainer with strong expertise in Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to join IPSR’s AI team.

The ideal candidate should combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and mentoring skills and should be committed to continuously learning and updating themselves in the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver IPSR training programmes in Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning and AI.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, seminars and institutional/corporate training programmes.
- Develop and regularly update course content, presentations, assignments, assessments and practical projects.
- Mentor students through industry-relevant projects and real-world use cases.
- Work closely with IPSR’s AI development teams for continuous knowledge transfer and bring real-world industry practices, projects and emerging technologies into student training.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks and industry practices.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and recent programme development.
- Collaborate with academic and technical teams to continuously improve training quality and learner outcomes.




- Work closely with IPSR’s AI development teams for continuous knowledge transfer and bring real-world industry practices, projects and emerging technologies into student training.
- Serve as a resource person for programmes conducted at colleges, universities and partner institutions.
- Travel to colleges, client locations and other IPSR offices on a need basis.

Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python, Data Analytics, Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and emerging AI technologies.
- Familiarity with relevant AI/ML frameworks, BI tools and industry-standard platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation and classroom engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and continuous learning.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and continuously update technical knowledge.

Eligibility
- B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI or a related discipline preferred.
- Candidates from other disciplines with strong relevant technical expertise may also be considered.
- 4+ years of relevant training, academic or industry experience preferred.
