Job Summary

Cross-Domain Full Stack Deployment Pod to support T-Mobile's network transformation initiatives. The objective is to replace traditional silo-based deployment models involving multiple specialized teams with a highly skilled, agile team capable of delivering end-to-end deployment, integration, upgrades, validation, and operational readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Deployment Management

- Execute planning, installation, deployment, migration, upgrade, and commissioning activities for telecom network functions.
- Lead customer deployments across production and lab environments.
- Support greenfield, brownfield, and network modernization initiatives.
- Ensure smooth transition from deployment to operational acceptance.

Multi-Domain Troubleshooting

- Analyze and resolve deployment, integration, and configuration issues across multiple technology layers.
- Coordinate with product engineering, testing, platform, operations, and customer teams for issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions.

Deployment Automation

- Develop and enhance deployment automation frameworks.
- Automate installation, upgrade, validation, rollback, health check, and operational workflows.
- Improve deployment efficiency through repeatable playbooks and automation tools.

Customer-Specific Playbook Development





- Create deployment methodologies and customer-specific operational playbooks.
- Define:
- Pre-check procedures
- Deployment activities
- Validation procedures
- Rollback mechanisms
- Post-deployment health checks

- Standardize deployment execution across customer environments.

24x7 Operational Support

- Participate in global support rotations.
- Work with geographically distributed teams to ensure uninterrupted deployment execution.
- Support critical deployment windows and customer maintenance activities.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with:
- Product teams
- Program managers
- Customer architects
- Operations teams
- Infrastructure teams
- Third-party vendors

- Communicate deployment status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
