Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing end-to-end travel planning and coordination for individual and corporate clients. In this role, the consultant will advise clients on destinations, itineraries, and travel options, prepare customized travel proposals, and handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. The consultant will manage complex reservations, resolve itinerary changes and issues, and ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and client preferences.

The role includes providing timely customer support, maintaining accurate records,



coordinating with vendors and service providers, and contributing to process improvements and team training.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design tailored itineraries and manage end-to-end journeys.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, and ground transport.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support travelers before, during, and after their trips and to resolve issues promptly.
- Relevant experience in a travel agency, corporate travel desk, or tour operator environment, ideally in a senior or lead consultant capacity.
- Knowledge of GDS or online booking tools, airline and hotel policies, and international travel regulations is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a quick-paced, client-focused setting.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors and to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
