About the Role

Mintocred is looking for Senior Telecallers to join our growing Assisted Sales Team.

You will be responsible for handling outbound loan leads, speaking with customers, explaining suitable loan options and helping eligible customers complete the Instant STP digital journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to assigned loan leads.
- Understand customer requirements and basic eligibility.
- Explain loan offers and the digital application process.
- Guide customers through the Instant STP journey.
- Handle customer queries and objections.
- Follow up with interested and incomplete customers.
- Drive lead-to-application and application-to-disbursal conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead status and call details in CRM/MIS.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/disbursal targets.
- Coordinate with the backend team for application status when required.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales.




- Experience in Personal Loans, Fintech, BFSI or Digital Lending preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
- Tamil & English communication required.
- Regional language knowledge will be an advantage.
