Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Dial prospective clients from provided marketing lists, digital campaigns, or CRM databases.

- Project Pitching: Explain residential or commercial property features, pricing, floor plans, and investment perks clearly.

- Lead Qualification: Assess the customer's budget, preferred location, timeline, and current housing situation (renting vs. owning).

- Site Visit Coordination: Book and confirm appointments for property site visits, often coordinating logistics like pickup/drop services.

- Objection Handling: Address initial client concerns regarding pricing or location by highlighting project USPs.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 12th pass; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Experience: 0 to 3 years of telecalling, sales, or customer service experience (real estate sector background is a strong plus).

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and local regional languages

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
