- Designation: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive (Admissions &
- Outreach)

- Primary Objective: Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage prospective student leads (for Science/Commerce PU streams and competitive exam coaching like NEET, JEE, KCET), and convert inquiries into campus visits or final admissions.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management &

- Calling Operations

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective student and parent leads generated through digital campaigns, advertisements, or walk-in databases.

- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries received via phone calls, website forms, or messaging channels regarding courses, fee structures, and campus facilities.

- Qualify leads by assessing interest, academic backgrounds, and seriousness, sorting them into hot, warm, or cold follow-up buckets.

2. Counseling &

- Information Dissemination

- Clearly explain college programs, combination options (e.g., PCMB, PCMC), residential/hostel facilities, and scholarship opportunities to parents and students.

- Share details regarding entrance exams (NEET, JEE, KCET) coaching integrations and institutional highlights professionally.

3. Follow-ups &

- Conversion Tracking





- Maintain rigorous follow-up schedules with interested parents through phone calls and WhatsApp messaging.

- Persuade prospective families to schedule campus tours or face-to-face counseling sessions with senior admission officers.

- Accurately log call statuses, feedback, and notes daily into the CRM or admission database spreadsheet.

Candidate Requirements &

- Skills

- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

- Experience: Freshers with valuable communication skills or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or educational telecalling.

- Key Competencies:

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and persuasive tone.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and local/regional languages (such as Kannada, Hindi, or Malayalam depending on outreach targets).

- Computer Literacy: Basic familiarity with computers, calling software, CRM tools, and MS Excel for data entry.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
