We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer with 8–10 years of experience in hardware and software technical documentation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CMS and XML tools, preferably ST4, along with experience in project leadership and training current technical writers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage technical documentation for both hardware and software products.
- Develop clear, accurate, and structured technical documentation.
- Work with CMS and XML-based documentation tools, preferably ST4.
- Lead and organize technical writing projects independently.
- Coordinate and manage documentation activities across projects.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for new technical writers.
- Lead technical documentation projects and ensure timely completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8–10 years of hardware and software technical documentation/technical writing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of CMS and XML tools, preferably ST4.
- Proficient written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
- Ability to lead and organize projects independently.
