We are looking for a Senior Murex Market Risk Techno-Functional SME to join a leading global financial services organization.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced professional with deep expertise in Murex MX.3 Market Risk, particularly MRE, MLC, S4C, Risk Reporting and Datamart.

The role will serve as a key interface between Market Risk, Trading, Technology and Regulatory stakeholders, translating complex risk requirements into scalable Murex solutions while driving platform optimization and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a senior Murex Market Risk SME, providing ownership and subject-matter leadership across MRE, MLC, S4C, Risk Reporting and Datamart.
- Lead the design, configuration and continuous enhancement of Market Risk solutions, covering VaR, Stress Testing, sensitivities, limits, exposure calculations and scenario management.
- Partner with senior Market Risk, Trading, Technology and Regulatory stakeholders to translate complex risk methodologies into scalable Murex solutions, with strong ownership of FRTB, Basel III and regulatory reporting.
- Lead Market Risk EOD processing, batch optimization, automation and parallel processing, ensuring critical risk calculations,



P&L; and regulatory reporting meet stringent SLAs and performance requirements.
- Provide senior-level L3 production support and technical direction, driving incident resolution, RCA, preventive remediation, Murex architecture, performance tuning and production stability.
- Drive Python/Shell automation, platform modernization and continuous improvement, while mentoring Murex/Market Risk teams and managing global stakeholders across critical risk technology initiatives.

Your Profile We are looking for professionals who can operate at the intersection of Market Risk, Murex technology and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of complex Murex Market Risk implementations, production-critical issues, risk calculations and platform optimization while working with senior global stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on Murex Market Risk experience.
- Robust expertise in MRE and MLC configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Murex Datamart, MxML Reports and batch optimization.
- Strong Market Risk knowledge covering:

- VaR

- Stress Testing

- Sensitivities

- Limits Management

- Risk Calculations
- Strong understanding of Market Risk EOD processing and SLA management.
