Job Brief : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary technician to join our facilities services team in India. This role demands a proactive skilled capable of managing and executing a wide range of technical maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems within commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and the capacity to work independently while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the overall infrastructure of our facilities.

Responsibilities :

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple disciplines, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Install, repair, and maintain facility equipment including lighting, power distribution, plumbing, and climate control systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections,



and repairs using company management systems.
- Collaborate with facility management and other technical teams to plan and execute large-scale maintenance projects and upgrades.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices, fostering skill development within the team.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
