Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated

Senior US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage the end-to-end hiring process for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing skills, knowledge of US staffing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based requirements through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.

- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.

- Understand US IT job requirements, technologies, employment types, and work authorization.

- Conduct candidate calls to assess technical background, communication, availability, and interest.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in ATS/CRM systems.





- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and hiring SLAs.

Requirements

- 3plus years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.

- Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, Data, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.

- Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, or similar platforms.

- Valuable understanding of US work authorization types.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship management skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
