Senior Technical Lead Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to provide application support, incident resolution, enhancement implementation, and continuous improvement for SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The consultant will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure reliable operations, timely issue resolution, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO modules in a production support environment.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues within agreed SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.





Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.

Configure and maintain FI and CO functionalities based on business needs.

Support change requests, minor enhancements, and testing activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, PS, and ABAP teams.

Prepare functional specifications and support development activities.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials.

Participate in on-call support and major incident management as required.
