Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Engineer with extensive experience in network security to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions to protect our network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of network security protocols, risk management, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement robust network security architectures to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
- Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents promptly.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the network infrastructure.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
- Provide training and support to staff on security awareness and best practices.




- Prepare and present security reports to management and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in network security, with a focus on L4 security protocols.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
- Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud security solutions and architectures.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation of security tasks.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in network security or a related field.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
