Aeroflex Industries Limited is looking for a highly experienced Composite Flexible Hose qualified to support the technical transformation of our Composite Hose Division.
We are seeking someone with deep hands-on experience in hose design, manufacturing, process engineering, quality, testing and product development , preferably gained with an established international composite hose manufacturer.
The mandate is to help us benchmark and upgrade our division to leading industry standards in product quality, manufacturing consistency, engineering capability and process control .
The consultant will work closely with our Design, Production and Quality teams to review and improve:
- Hose construction, materials and winding processes
- Manufacturing methods, tooling and process controls
- End fittings, assembly,
testing and traceability
- Quality systems, SOPs and technical documentation
- Root-cause analysis and permanent process improvements
- New product development and team capability
This is a contract-based hybrid engagement . The consultant may remain based in their home country, with periodic working visits to our manufacturing facilities in India. Temporary accommodation and local support in India can be arranged during onsite assignments.
We are looking for someone who can go beyond advisory support — work alongside our team, transfer practical industry knowledge and help build a stronger, internationally competitive Composite Hose Division.
