Sr. Technical Product Manager (28) for Agentic AI Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused AI Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI solutions from strategy through implementation.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Program Management, and

Business stakeholders, driving the successful development and deployment of AI-

powered agents and intelligent automation platforms.

The ideal candidate combines robust product management skills with a technical understanding of AI/ML technologies, agentic architecture, orchestration frameworks,

and enterprise software delivery. You will own the product roadmap, PI planning,

delivery execution, dependency management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful realization of strategic AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

 Define and own the Agentic AI roadmap, and execution plans

 Translate business objectives into scalable AI product capabilities and technical requirements.

 Drive prioritization of features, capabilities, and technical investments across multiple workstreams.

 Partners with leadership teams to identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI for productivity, automation, and business transformation.

 Establish product success metrics, KPIs, and adoption measures.

End-to-End Agentic AI Delivery

 Lead end-to-end implementation of Agentic AI solutions, from ideation and planning through deployment and operationalization.

 Drive execution across AI, engineering, platform, infrastructure, security, and business teams.





 Manage delivery milestones, implementation schedules, and release plans.

 Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical architecture, and execution priorities.

 Oversee solution readiness, launch planning, and adoption strategies.

Engineering Collaboration

 Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, and Platform teams to execute product roadmaps.

 Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements and user stories.

 Support design and implementation of AI agents, orchestration workflows,

integrations, and automation capabilities.

 Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, and solution design discussions.

 Drive trade-off decisions balancing customer needs, technical feasibility,

timelines, and risks.

Program & Release Management

 Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and cross-team execution activities.

 Coordinate with Project and Program Managers to build detailed project plans,

track milestones, and manage dependencies.

 Establish governance mechanisms to monitor delivery progress and stakeholder commitments.

 Identify, escalate, and resolve cross-functional blockers and risks.





 Drive executive-level reporting and communication on roadmap progress and delivery status.

Stakeholder Management

 Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, Compliance,

Business, and Executive Stakeholders.

 Facilitate alignment across multiple teams and organizations.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for AI product delivery initiatives.

 Present roadmap updates, implementation status, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

AI Innovation & Governance

 Stay current with emerging Agentic AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

 Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and tooling.

 Ensure adherence to responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance standards.

 Support AI adoption and change management initiatives across the organization.

Required Qualifications

Education

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.

 MBA or master’s degree preferred.

Experience

 8+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or related experience.

 Experience leading enterprise-scale technology implementations.

 Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional delivery across Product,

Engineering, and Business teams.

 Experience owning product roadmaps, release planning, and execution governance.

 Hands-on exposure to AI/ML products, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
