Role & responsibilities

- Manage a team of AR assistants to ensure efficient medical billing processes.
- Lead and manage a team of AR Executives/AR Callers to ensure efficient and timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.
- Must be well-versed in the details of alevels and functions within the full scope of the Revenue Cycle of US Healthcare.
- Review aging reports and prioritize high-value, critical, and aging accounts for timely follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of medical billing.
- Strong leadership and ability to delegate and provide direction.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams.




- Ensure compliance with US healthcare RCM standards and client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Post-Graduate
- 1+ years of Team Lead/Supervisory experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Solid experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
- Good knowledge of the end-to-end US Healthcare RCM cycle.
- Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of medical billing, claims, denials, appeals, and AR aging.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts, if applicable.
