Role & responsibilities :

- Lead a program for the development of versatile OLEDs and OLEDs for various commercial applications

- Initiate and manage a program on organic photodetectors and touch-sensitive OLEDs

- Manage product development and OLED technology transfer to industry

- Actively interact with industrial partners from ideation stage through project definition

- Track technology trends and propose innovative applications based on market demand

- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (electronics, printing, inks) in developing materials, processes and prototypes

- Define the OLED technology roadmap and long-term strategy toward OLED commercialisation and production

- Drive related technology development needed to realize a complete,



cost-effective product for defined applications

Preferred candidate profile

- M.Tech/M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Materials Science & Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Physics + 10 years relevant experience

- OLED work experience, specifically designing and processing OLEDs on rigid and flexible platforms, technology development for commercial applications, and industry interaction

- Experience leading industry projects, collaborations and product development

- Experience in thin film deposition and automated PVD cluster tools for OLED device fabrication
