About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Tax Professional to independently manage accounting and tax-related activities for a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 clients and serve as the primary point of contact.

- Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, and accounting activities.

• Review P&L;, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, general ledgers, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations .

• Coordinate and review VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable tax compliance activities.

- Identify accounting, tax, and compliance issues and communicate them proactively to clients.




- Lead and coordinate the accounting team, allocate work, review deliverables, and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain solid client relationships and provide accounting, tax, and financial insights.
- Work with accounting software, ERP systems, automation, AI-based tools, and digital accounting solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience .

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Good understanding of taxation and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing clients and coordinating/managing an accounting team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and deliverables independently.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new accounting technologies and AI-based tools.
