GoKite Travel & Tours is a growing travel and tourism organization looking for a professional and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

This is a key hiring role responsible for building a strong talent pipeline across multiple functions and locations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within the travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industries, and should be comfortable working with corporate / MNC-style recruitment processes and professional standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise who can independently manage hiring across different levels and departments.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing candidates for positions across travel, visa, tour operations, marketing, accounts, administration, ticketing, and other business functions.

The role will involve hiring candidates across Kerala as well as Pan-India, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to candidate onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for junior, mid-level, and experienced positions across various departments.
- Work closely with management and department heads to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, recruitment databases, and other channels.
- Conduct resume screening, preliminary interviews, candidate assessments, and shortlisting.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely closures.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, joining follow-ups, and pre-joining engagement.
- Maintain proper recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview records, and recruitment reports.




- Ensure professional candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Support urgent and bulk hiring requirements whenever required.
- Recruit candidates from Kerala and across India based on organizational requirements.
- Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels and functions.
- Candidates with recruitment experience in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Visa, Aviation, or related industries are strongly preferred.
- Must have experience recruiting for travel/tourism-related positions, particularly visa, tour, travel, ticketing, marketing, accounts, and administration roles.
- Experience handling Kerala and/or Pan-India recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing and recruitment techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and work with strict hiring deadlines.
- Strong MS Office / Google Workspace and recruitment-tracking skills.
- Professional appearance, communication, attitude,



and workplace etiquette.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, recruitment expertise, industry exposure, and overall suitability.
