We are looking for an experienced VLSI Recruiter / Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sourcing and hiring VLSI semiconductor professionals across various technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for VLSI / Semiconductor requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand requirements.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, and compensation.
Manage candidate coordination throughout the interview and offer process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of VLSI professionals.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely submissions.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.
Coordinate with candidates,
clients, and internal stakeholders for interviews and onboarding.
Meet defined recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.
Preferred Technical Hiring Exposure
Experience in hiring candidates across one or more of the following Semiconductor / VLSI Engineering Domain:
Design Verification (DV)
RTL Design
DFT
Physical Design (PD)/ Physical Verification (PV)/ STA
Analog / Analog Layout/ Memory Design / Layout
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in VLSI / Semiconductor recruitment.
Strong understanding of VLSI technical profiles and industry terminology.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
Experience in Engineering recruitment with VLSI hiring exposure will be preferred.
