Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition – Oil & Gas role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions in the oil and gas and pipeline engineering domains, including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Day-to-day activities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, building strong talent pipelines through multiple channels, and ensuring a structured, inclusive selection process.

The role also involves enhancing employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, coordinating pre-joining and onboarding activities,



and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable labor regulations.

The Senior Talent

Acquisition qualified will act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting for mid to senior-level roles in the oil & gas or engineering services sector.
- Strong skills in interviewing and hiring, including competency-based assessment and structured interview methodologies.
- Experience in employer branding activities such as talent marketing, career page content, and engagement with professional networks.
- Proven ability to build and manage talent pipelines, use digital recruitment platforms, and leverage social media for sourcing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and project management teams.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, recruitment compliance, and diversity and inclusion principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in talent acquisition or HR are an advantage.
- Prior experience recruiting for oil & gas, pipeline engineering, or EPC projects is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
