– Sr. TA Partner - NON IT(Manufacturing Hiring)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT requirements in an RPO environment.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across multiple hiring mandates.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery against hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and adherence to SLAs.

Required Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with significant experience in an RPO setup.
- Solid expertise in hiring for Manufacturing roles.




- Experience in managing multiple clients and high-volume hiring.
- Proficiency in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and SLA-driven delivery.
- Excellent negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
