•3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

- End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
- Experience managing hiring pipelines, interview coordination and offer closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
