About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead – Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring across critical business functions. The role will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand talent requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure timely closure of positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, market mapping, and team leadership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, leadership, and niche roles.

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and define effective hiring strategies.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, agencies, campus hiring, and other talent channels.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.

Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence for critical and niche positions.

Drive recruitment for mid-level to senior leadership positions and ensure a strong candidate experience.

Manage and evaluate external recruitment consultants and ensure adherence to agreed commercials and SLAs.

Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, hiring quality,



and cost per hire.

Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement process improvements to improve hiring efficiency.

Work closely with HR Operations and business teams to ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience.

Lead, mentor, and guide junior members of the Talent Acquisition team.

Prepare and present recruitment dashboards, hiring updates, and talent insights to leadership.

Support and drive employer branding, campus hiring, and talent engagement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

Solid expertise in end-to-end Talent Acquisition

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities

Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS/HRMS, and recruitment analytics

Strong understanding of talent markets and compensation benchmarks

Ability to handle multiple and critical positions simultaneously

Strong negotiation and offer management skills

Data-driven approach to recruitment

Team handling and mentoring skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred

Preferred Experience

5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Experience in retail, fashion, jewellery, e-commerce, FMCG, consumer, or other high-volume/growth-oriented industries will be preferred.

Experience in hiring across corporate, retail, and leadership roles will be an added advantage.
