Key Responsibilities/List of Activities

- Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications aligned with business requirements.
- Implement case management workflows using Pega best practices and guardrails.
- Develop Proof of Concepts(POCs) to validate requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Enhance application performance through continuous optimization and tuning.
- Develop integrations using Connect-REST (including JSON and multipart/form-data with secure authentication).
- Create and manage data pages, data transforms, data models, Job Schedulers and SLAs.

- Manage application deployment and develop shell scripts using Gitlab.




- Troubleshoot and debug issues using Tracer, Clipboard, and logs.
- Ensure application scalability, maintainability and perform Upgrades(Pega Upgrade, Tomcat Upgrade, OpenJDK Upgrade etc).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team members.
- Participate in key meetings with client including requirement gatherings, refinement sessions, and application training for end users.
