ArcelorMittal is looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer Managed File Transfer (MFT) to manage and support enterprise file transfer platforms across global environments. The ideal candidate will have strong L3 expertise in Managed File Transfer solutions, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant file transfer services for business-critical applications and partner integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain MFT platforms across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
- Design, implement, and support secure file transfer solutions.
- Manage transfer nodes, agents, schedules, routing rules, and partner connectivity.
- Monitor file transfer activities and ensure SLA adherence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents.
- Onboard new applications and external partners onto MFT platforms.
- Manage SSH keys, certificates, encryption, and access controls.
- Support change management and automation initiatives.
- Participate in 24/7 production support and on-call rotations.

- Prior experience in 24/7 production support.
