We are looking for a Systems / Platform Engineer with strong experience in enterprise platform administration, monitoring, upgrades, troubleshooting and Identity & Access Management.

Key Responsibilities:-

Monitor,



administer and troubleshoot enterprise platforms and applications.

Perform platform upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance and operational support.

Manage user provisioning, access, SSO and identity integrations using Entra ID / SCIM.

Investigate and resolve L2/L3 incidents, performance and availability issues.

Support enterprise application and API integrations.

Automate operational activities using Python / PowerShell.

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.

Follow security, governance and change-management processes.
