Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Supply Chain Manager to manage the complete supply chain process for skincare and personal care products. The role will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of purchasing, vendor management, material planning, inventory, production coordination, warehousing, and dispatch to ensure timely availability of products and materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process for skincare and personal care products.
- Plan and coordinate procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and other required supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and timely supplies.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Track purchase orders from order placement to final delivery and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare material requirements based on production plans, sales forecasts, and inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging materials as per production schedules.
- Monitor lead times, delivery timelines, shortages, delays, and material requirements.
- Coordinate quality checks and resolve issues related to defective, damaged, or rejected materials with vendors.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, stock movement, and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving, storage, stock movement, and dispatch.




- Ensure timely dispatch of finished skincare products to distributors, warehouses, retail outlets, or customers.
- Track logistics and transportation and coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Monitor supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports related to purchases, inventory, pending orders, vendor performance, and dispatches.
- Monitor supplier performance based on quality, cost, lead time, and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and applicable quality requirements.
- Identify potential supply risks and proactively develop alternate sourcing options.
- Resolve day-to-day supply chain issues and ensure uninterrupted availability of materials and products.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, or Operations.
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, beauty, personal care, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Robust experience in vendor management and procurement coordination.
- Good understanding of inventory planning and material requirement planning.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software-based inventory or procurement systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
