- Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming pharmaceutical shipments against purchase orders, checking for damage, batch numbers, expiry dates, and temperature compliance.

- Storage & Organization: Store drugs following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out), maintaining cold-chain integrity and controlled-substance security.

- Inventory Control: Run daily stock tracking, cycle counts, and physical audits using ERP systems (SAP, ERP).

- Compliance & Safety: Uphold cGMP, GDP, ISO standards, and safety/hygiene rules in storage zones; log deviations via Quality Systems.

- Disposal Management: Segregate and document damaged, recalled, or expired stock for protected destruction per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with procurement for reorders and issue medical supplies to wards, departments, or external wholesale
